Psalm 33: 1-4
Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous; it is good for the just to sing praises.
Praise the Lord with the harp; play to him upon the psaltery and lyre.
Sing for him a new song, sound a fanfare with all your skill upon the trumpet.
For the word of the Lord is right, and all his works are sure.
Lord, the Mudges have been your servants in Peru for just about a year now. They truly created a “new song” by leaving behind all the familiar and trusting You in all the details of a new culture and a new ministry. We thank You for everything that You have done for the Mudges in the past year and for everything that they have done for You. What a symphony of praise has been written in concert between the Mudges and Your Holy Spirit. May You continue to inspire the Mudges with Your Word which is always right, and may they continue to help You with Your works which are sure and lead only to Your Glory.
Lord we thank You especially for those students who graduated from seminary this week. We pray that You guide them into the right positions so that they may most effectively extend Your Kingdom. Amen.
